My psychological thinking is deeply rooted in the narratives of collective trauma and resilience that I observed firsthand in the aftermath of the post-war period in my home country, Kosovo. In my psychotherapeutic practice, I strive to address your fundamental needs with a foundation of respect and empathy. Combining principles from the Person-centered framework, psychodynamic and existential insights, along with trauma-informed care, I employ an integrative approach. This approach allows me to comprehensively grasp how both your past and present life experiences have played a role in shaping your current self and the challenges you confront.
